You are ordering custom photo Italian charm links. Each link is made from one uploaded image and can be mixed with other compatible Italian charm links. Order the number of links you want to customize.

Upload one image for each custom photo charm link you order.

For example, if you order 5 custom links, please upload 5 images. If you want enough custom photo links to fill a standard 18-link bracelet, you can order 18 links and upload 18 images.

You can upload up to 18 images per order. There is no need to arrange them in a specific order, since Italian charm links can be rearranged after assembly.

High-contrast, bright, and saturated images usually look better after printing. Clear subjects, bold colors, simple backgrounds, and well-lit photos work best. Very dark, low-resolution, blurry, or heavily filtered screenshots may not print clearly at charm size.

Each charm image is very small — about 8 × 5 mm in actual print size. Because of this tiny scale, some photos may look softer, less detailed, or slightly blurry once printed. This is normal for miniature photo charms.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started, so please review your image and crop carefully before placing the order.

Yes. GlossPixel bracelets are handmade and arranged in small batches. Slight marks, tiny alignment differences, print texture, or handmade details may appear. These are part of the handmade process, not defects.

Not made for perfectionists — made for tiny stories, soft memories, and people who love handmade details. If small marks, print texture, or tiny handmade variations bother you, please order with care.

Each GlossPixel bracelet is handmade and made in order. Please allow 7–14 business days for handmade production and quality checking before shipment. Shipping transit time is separate.

If your order includes other items, your full order will be shipped together by default once everything is ready.

Because each bracelet is handmade or custom-arranged, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, tiny handmade variations, or expected print softness. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.
