Yes. We include a free charm link removal tool with every order, so you can easily remove, swap, and rearrange your links once your bracelet arrives.

By default, we include one tool for every 18 charm links. If you order a larger number of links and would like extra tools, please leave us a note at checkout.

Yes. Original handmade pieces take time, and every finished bracelet is carefully checked and polished before shipping. Tiny handmade variations may still exist, but we always make sure each piece is wearable, finished, and made with care.

Our stainless steel bracelet links are water-friendly and made to resist rust. That said, we still recommend keeping your bracelet away from long soaking, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals to help the print and finish stay pretty for longer.

No. Charm Links are shipped loose and do not automatically replace links in ready-made Original Bracelets. If you buy an Original Bracelet and extra Charm Links, they will be sent together but kept separate.
